Thank you for the wonderful , peaceful  stay at The Ridge House. It was exactly what my eary soul  needed. I enjoyed exploring the back roads, towns and sites. I saw pheasant, quail, doves, chipmunks, deer, hawks, cows, birds, magpies, hummingbirds and the highlight was horned owl at the Peola Pioneer Cemetary. This really is beautifl country. Palouse Falls is spectacular and you reealy need to go there. Its was very nice to connect with new people "post pandamic". It has all made me feel more hopeful for the future. Take care of each other, your animals and lovely slice of earth. We will see each other again.

What a treat for us to travel to Eastern Oregon from Tacoma, WA. Qe had no idea this area was so beautiful. The  mountains and river are all so amazing. We throughly enjoyed your place, what a wonderful way to end our trip. We had a picnic dinner on the balcony with "purple mountains" sunset, then fed the horses, soaked in the hot tube and finally hit the hay! We definitely will return to this beautiful area.

WOW! This is exactly why we prefer a quaint B&B.  The charm is amazing.  Your room is very comfortable and so welcome following a bury Dad's weekend in Pullman.  Henry David Thoreau said taking the road less traveled usually leads to a richer life.  After staying here, I believe him.  We'll be back.
